tabOperations and Programs Support Division 
This division provides operations support to develop and apply best management practices, mission-oriented training systems, facility/infrastructure standards, expert engineering guidance and consultation, and airfield pavement evaluations to improve base civil engineer capabilities.

tabEngineer Support Branch 
The Engineer Support Branch's mission is to provide subject matter expert technical guidance and consultation on facilities and infrastructure to AFCESA customers worldwide through creation, interpretation, and application of standards for evaluation, design, construction, operations and maintenance, and research/development efforts to advance and transition state of the art engineering practices to the field.

tabForce Development Branch 
The Operations and Force Management Branch's mission is to provide Civil Engineer Total Force capabilities through continuous process improvement.  The branch delivers relevant and just-in-time training and education, systems, tools, equipment, that enhances civil engineer force development and facilitates recruitment and retention to meet current and emergent mission requirements.
tabAirfield Pavement Evaluation Branch 
The mission of the Airfield Pavement Evaluation Branch is to provide agile combat support to civil engineers through timely and accurate airfield pavement evaluations, technical recommendations, innovative equipment solutions, and software to design and manage pavements at home station and in expeditionary environments worldwide.
tabOperations Branch 
The Operations Branch provides expert technical guidance and consultation to AFCESA customers worldwide in CE Operations areas, to include "Big 3" service contracts, vehicles/equipment, logistics, resources management, and strategic sourcing, in order to help base civil engineers accomplish their mission better, faster and more cost effectively.
